Who we are
Vision Homes Association provides care for people with various disabilities. Currently we support twenty-nine people in eight services in Shropshire, Yorkshire and Herefordshire.
We are a major employer, and provide over one hundred and fifty jobs in the communities we serve. We are committed to helping individuals develop as independent and fulfilling a lifestyle as possible.
Vision Homes Association is also a registered charity (Registered Charity No: 1017893) and a company limited by guarantee (Company No: 2756733).

 TRIVIA QUIZ SUCCESS!
A big thank you to all those who supported Vision Home's Trivia Quiz night at Ludlow FC on Thursday 28th January 2010.
A grand total of £225 was raised, from the many teams who entered the 10 rounds of general and local knowledge questions. Congratulations also go to the winning team, who kindly donated their prize money.
A special mention to several of our Ludlow staff who gave up their time to set questions and organise the event, and also to our quizmaster for the evening, their hard work made the evening a great local event.
Vision Homes Association plans to hold a further fundraising Bingo night at Clee Hill Village Hall at Easter. Further details to follow shortly.

A "Big Thank You" To Little Ainesh - August 2009
VHA would like to congratulate schoolboy Ainesh Singh from West Bromwich, who gave up two weeks of his school holidays in order to raise funds for our charity.
Ainesh (pictured here receiving his certificate from Finance Manager David Gurney at our Head Office in Oldbury) collected the staggering amount of £108.65 over the two week period in his local area.
We would like to take this opportunity to wish Ainesh all the best as he starts at his new school - King Edwards.
These funds, as with all of the donations VHA receives, are used to enhance the lives of our service users.

Vision Homes Association "Fun Day" - September 2008
Vision Homes Association held a local "fun day" event on Sunday 7th September 2008, at Ludlow F.C. Stadium.  Staff, Service Users and their families rurned up from throughout the Shropshire area and helped to raise nearly £700, by taking part in events such as face-painting and fancy-dress costumes, along with tombolla, bric-a-brac, cake stall and many other games and competitions.  Good music, dancing and a hearty pig roast helped the crowd take their minds off the recent bad weather and celebrate into the evening. Many thanks go to all those who supported Vision Homes in making this event such a sucess. All funds raised will go towards providing future service and activities for our Service Users.
