Who we are:
Vision Homes Association is a non-profit making organisation, registered charity number 1017893.
The organisation is governed by a board of trustees who meet regularly and ensure that VHA is fulfilling the aims of the charity.
Who we support:
With 20 years experience, Vision Homes Association provides specialist support for adults who have not only visual impairments but additional conditions such as:-
- Learning Disabilities
- Physical Disabilities
- Acquired Brain Injuries
- Complex Health Needs
- Challenging Behaviour
How we can support you:
Vision Homes Association strives to provide "bespoke" services, developed around each individuals needs. aspirations, assessments, and information from key persons in the Service User's life.
Personalisation of the service is then maintained through person-centred-planning, in a format that relects the Service User's preferred communication methods.
Vision Homes Association can support you and your family by providing specialist support on the following basis -
- Assisted / Supported Living
- Residential Support
- Short Term Carer Respite Service
- Sitting Service
- Community Support
(Some of these services are currently only available in South Shropshire / Hereforshire / West Yorkshire area, but we hope to increase our services to a wider area soon.)

Local Authority funding only meets part of the cost to keep Vision Homes Association up and running. The rest is made up from grants and private donations from organisations and the general public.
